1. Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 6:05 PM.

Approval of Minutes
Minutes from October 23, 2025 were approved.
2. Head of School Updates
2.1 Budget & Enrollment
● The school anticipates $73,000 less income due to BVSD reimbursing only 1.5 FTE for Special Education, though actual staffing is 2.0 FTE.
● The Head of Finance is completing a detailed review of all pass-through and reimbursement categories.
● Enrollment remains strong but 16 students short of full enrollment capacity.
2.2 Open Enrollment
● Both recent Open Enrollment events had strong turnout and community interest.
● The board discussed strategies to support enrollment follow-through and reduce fall attrition.
2.3 Fundraising & Events
● Hawks Bucks has raised $33,610 to date.
● Art-Tastic will host a new Kid-Tastic fundraiser.
● Big Kids Play Too ribbon-cutting is scheduled for Friday, November 21, 2025, at 12:45 PM.
3. Charter Renewal
● Charter renewal is now in Part 2 of the application process. Submission to BVSD is planned for December.
● Committees are finalizing required policies, procedures, and documentation.
● The district site visit is scheduled for December 9, 2025.
