February 23, 2026

Call to Order: 4:10pm

Attendance:
Jessica Slatus, Travis Lockhart, Adam Brink, Michael Joseph, Fran Cohen, Kate Bachtel, Jordan Logan,  Kristin Hauger, Rob Horansky, Rachel Clionsky, Jim Freund, Joel Gratz

Public Comment: None offered.

Executive session - Board Chair Travis Lockhart moved to enter executive session pursuant to C.R.S. §24-6-402(4)(f) for the purpose of discussing the performance evaluation of the Head of School. The board voted by concordance to enter executive session at 4:12 p.m. By concordance, the board agreed to permit Melissa Rossback and Brad Miller to be present during the executive session.

Executive session ended at 5:50pm

Quorum was met, motion was made, seconded, concordance was not met and motion was passed by super majority to assign Michael Joseph and Travis Lockhart  to communicate with legal counsel about issues discussed in executive session.  

Meeting adjourned at 6pm.
