Attendance:
Jessica Slatus, Travis Lockhart, Adam Brink, Michael Joseph, Fran Cohen, Kate Bachtel, Jordan Logan, Caley Gallison, Rob Horansky, Rachel Clionsky, Jim Freund, Joel Gratz

Jessica Slatus departed the meeting at 4:15pm

Travis Lockhart departed the meeting at 4:20pm.

Public Comment - none offered.

Executive session 

Board Chair Travis Lockhart confirmed that quorum was reached. A motion was made and seconded to enter executive session pursuant to C.R.S. §24-6-402(4)(f) for the purpose of discussing the performance evaluation of the Head of School. The motion carried by concordance at 3:08 p.m. The board approved by concordance to include Melissa Rossback and Brad Miller in the executive session. The board approved by concordance to conclude executive session at 4:55 p.m

Quorum was reached, motion was proposed, seconded, and passed assigning Joel Gratz and Michael Joseph to act on the issues discussed in executive session.  

Meeting adjourned at 5:15pm
