Notes: Michael Joseph suggested at the first Board Meeting in August going through the budget basics – how it is created, the process, and what items mean.

Travis Lockhart offered to create board member binder for Michael Joseph.

Jessica Slatus asked for at-large clarification – Travis Lockhart to follow up with additional details but clarified they are non-voting unless bylaws are changed but will double check and follow up accordingly.
