Quorum established 

Head of School Updates

• Hiring Update – Motion to approve hiring of one-year ⅚ Teacher- Ashley Bailey, Motion (Lucas), 2nd (Ryan), Concorded on 
• Still need to hire a PM Custodian, 0.4 FTE Counselor and K Para

Board Elections- Approve Mike Ashmore as Board Co-Chair and Elizabeth Parady as Board Treasurer

At the first Council meeting of the year in September, revisit Parent/Guardian Board requirements. Council still needs to fill one Parent/Guardian position.
